I bought five of these frothers to give to people for Christmas, and none of them worked.There is something wrong in the connections.I wrote to the company to let them know, and got no response.

I do not like this frother. It is too powerful. I have to hold it slightly sideways in the cup so that the wand will not create such a big vortex - which creates spills.I used to own the IKEA frother. The wand does not just spin, it also oscillates in a small figure 8 creating a small vortex but an intense agitation in the cup.I will go back to the IKEA frother.

I decided that I was tired of buying soda each morning or expensive mochas. So, I decided to make my own mochas with a Trinidad Express and little heated milk and then froth it with the milk frother. It works great, takes only a few minutes and all is good with the world!
